I. How to join

1st step： Please write a email which simply introduce you and your company and your expectations , also don’t forget to leave your contact ways to sales@impaq.co.nz.

2nd step: We will reply when got your email and attach Distributor Application Form (DAF) for your filling,

please complete and send to sales@impaq.co.nz.

3rd step: After receiving your DAF, Impaq’s sales manager will contact you directly to discuss the cooperation.

4th step: After discussion and confirm you meet the distributor requirement, we will email or call to advice you.

5th step: After approval, Impaq will sign agreement with you.

II. Resellers qualification

Apply for Impaq’s reseller must fulfill following requirements:

Possess independent legal entity.

The registered scope of business includes” selling computer hardware” (or the same meaning content) ;

At least 1 (include 1) full-time sales;

At least 1(include1) full-time technology support man;

Have some knowledge of computer, hard drive disk storage;

Won’t sell fake products by any ways.

III. Grade, Discount and Rewards

Different grade reseller entitles different discounts.

Discount rate is based on our open quotation.

Impaq will give different degree reward for resellers’ contribution.
